Dale commenced his career in Information Technology with BHP Information Technology in 1991. Over an eleven year 11 span with firstly BHP IT and then CSC, Dale undertook a number of roles within the PC, Server, Network and Architectural teams. Dale was also a member of a number of "special" project teams involved in work with the Department of Defence and other governmental contracts.
In late 2001, Dale formed Microsolve with the sole focus of building an IT company focused on the ongoing support and management of computer systems for mid-tier organisations.
Though an engineer and technical "boffin", Dale has successfully developed a team capable of delivering outstanding support and infrastructure management services within a shared risk framework, where all aspects of service delivery are statistically monitored and transparently shared with the end client to ensure that business objectives are met. |

Chris began with Microsolve in October 2005, as a business support technician responsible for the delivery of support services on Windows systems.
Chris took on the challenge of the Support Centre manager role in January 2007 assuming responsibilty for overall delivery of support services across all client groups.
During late 2009 Chris assumed the position of General Manager - Wollongong. |
