Situation

The Illawarra Diggers' Aged and Community Care Residence in Wollongong's northern suburbs provides quality care and accommodation for our aged community. Approximately 30 IT users require access to a range of applications. The user requirements range from nurses requiring access to care systems to administration staff requiring access to word processing and financial applications. The ability to expand IT infrastructure to accommodate future organisational growth with minimal capital cost was a key deliverable

Situation

Warrigal Care provides a full range of aged care services to residents living in facilities between Gladesville and Queanbeyan.
Across this region there are 13 sites with some 65 IT users whose application requirements range from Word Processing and E-mail through to Resident Management and Financial Management.  Ensuring the IT facilities are optimal and available is a challenge.

Situation

Pulse Health Ltd (ASX: PHG) approached Microsolve in late 2007 to tender for the implementation of an IT solution to support its business.  Within the Pulse Health business there are both private hospital and community care assets with varying IT needs.

Microsolve developed a fully hosted and outsourced solution in conjunction with the Pulse Health Executive team that was able to be rapidly deployed into any "brownfield" assets that were acquired.
