Microsolve CEO Alan Robinson shared his IT industry knowledge and experience at the recent Aged & Community Services NSW & ACT (ACS) Symposium on Technology in Sydney.

ACS organised the symposium to assist its members better understand how technology was transforming the industry, with advances in clinical technology, new approaches to care documentation, staff management and improvements in business performance.

Alan gave attendees an insight into the IT requirements needed when planning to build a new aged care facility or carry out an extension.

In his second presentation he spoke of Application Orchestration – the next frontier of IT efficiency for organisational speed.

“Feedback from the event was positive,” Alan said. “We enjoyed meeting ACS members and discussing their IT needs.”

“It gave us a good opportunity to hear first-hand of the challenges facing this rapidly growing aged care industry and suggest smart and innovative IT solutions using the latest technology,” he said.

Microsolve, which proudly sponsored the symposium attendees’ coffee needs, was one of five vendors at the function held at Rydges at Sydney Airport.
