Shannon is also experienced in driving the product and services, process and customer service improvements. Shannon consistently strives to increase production, product assurance and client satisfaction. Shannon has 7 years of industry experience in the following areas: - Management, Customer Service, Marketing & Sales, Human Resources, Product Assurance as well as an Information Technology Support Liaison with Yum! Restaurants International. Whilst with Yum! Restaurants Achieving excellence was his forte and was recognise with following prestigious company awards:-
- - Awarded Yum! Restaurants Overall Manager of the Year in the company.
- - Awarded Yum! Restaurants Overall Rookie Assistant Manager of the Year in company.
Shannon started at Microsolve in a trainee support role in 2010.With effective internal technical development in both IT infrastructure and Web Services he is now a fully-fledged Business Support Analyst. Shannon is responsible for dealing with any challenges our client base face. He takes pride in communicating effectively with our clients to address their Information Technology needs whilst keeping in mind efficiency of products and services that Microsolve deliver. He also personifies everything an effective Business Support Analyst should and has an exceptional reputation and both personal & professional relationship with our current clients. Prior to engaging with Microsolve, Shannon commenced a Bachelor of Computer Science with a double Major in Software Engineering and Enterprise System Development at the University of Wollongong (2010) in which his is completing on a part-time basic. His interests lie in the development of applications and information technology services.
