A second Microsolve employee has reached the impressive milestone of working for the specialist IT consultancy company for more than a decade.
Finance Manager Ellen Hogarth joins the longest serving member of the Microsolve team, Value Delivery Manager Martin Struzka, who earlier this year celebrated his 10th anniversary with the company.
At a special ceremony to mark the occasion, Ellen said she enjoyed working at Microsolve as the work ethic of all the staff was great.
“The atmosphere is very employee friendly, allowing us a good work/life balance,” she said.
Microsolve CEO Alan Robinson congratulated Ellen on her professionalism and said he prided in the fact that Microsolve had a culture that encouraged people to want to stay.
“While one of our key messages for Microsolve is that we ‘take away the IT stress and frustration’ for our customers, for me personally, Ellen epitomises this by taking away my stress and frustration when dealing with our accounts and finance within the organisation,” he said.
Microsolve founder and owner Dale Jenkins said Ellen was a valued member of the team who always ‘met the challenge and delivered in spades’.
