Our story began under the innovative guidance of Dale Jenkins, whose tech foresight paved the way for Microsolve. From supplying high-quality computer hardware to small businesses, Dale recognised the evolving technological demands and set out to provide reliable solutions.

FIRST PARTNERSHIPS: HARNESSING THE POWER OF COLLABORATION (1995-2001)

Our pursuit of excellence saw us becoming an official Microsoft Partner in 1995, a validation of our expertise in delivering top-tier Microsoft cloud solutions. This was only the beginning, as we soon added Citrix and Cisco to our portfolio of partnerships.

Our talent for delivering integrated and comprehensive technology cemented our reputation as an IT solutions provider businesses across Sydney could rely on.

SCALING NEW HEIGHTS: MAJOR CONTRACTS AND RELOCATIONS (2004 - 2014)

2004 marked Microsolve's first major IT outsourcing contract, showcasing our ability to manage complex IT environments with finesse. Our subsequent relocation to Montague St signified a new chapter of expansion influenced by the acquisitions of Boffin.net, Binary Business, Funkey, and Imagenta. This growth established us as a versatile, premier provider in the industry.

In 2006, we demonstrated our expertise in cloud services by seamlessly transitioning to the Equinix Data Centre - a move that significantly strengthened our infrastructure capabilities.

REVOLUTIONISING CLOUD SERVICES: AWS INTEGRATION AND BEYOND (2013 - 2018)

Continuing our tradition of innovation, 2013 was marked by the integration of AWS services. This move improved our cloud services capabilities and reinforced our status as an authority in cloud computing.

By migrating to AWS service platforms in 2018, we kept our promise of using cutting-edge technology to deliver reliable solutions to our clients. Microsolve quickly grew to be a leading AWS and Azure provider.

RESPONDING WITH AGILITY: ADAPTING TO NEW CHALLENGES (2020 - Present)

Our dynamic response to the challenges presented by COVID-19 in 2020 was a true display of our adaptability. Not one to be held back, Microsolve moved to the Innovation Campus in 2021, a hub that resonates with our passion for progress. In 2023, we further strengthened our portfolio by acquiring AITS, paving the way for uncharted growth and service excellence.

There has been a whirlwind of progress in recent years, focusing on service upgrades, tool stack enhancements, and extending our partnership credentials, as evidenced by our alliance with Fortinet in 2024.
