Our email archive platform takes a copy of all email messages BEFORE they even reach your inbox, encrypts, indexes, de-duplicates them, and stores them in an immutable (un-changeable!) archive within the AWS cloud.

For Microsoft, Google and most SMTP based email solutions, integration is seamless and invisible to the end user.

All inbound, outbound and internal emails are replicated in real-time from your email server directly, using an encrypted connection, to our AWS (Melbourne Region) based archive environment.

Once received, each message is compressed, encrypted, de-duplicated, indexed, stored and logged. This process takes just seconds with the secure search engine able to recall and access all messages almost instantly.

Secure access to the archive is provided using login credentials synchronised to your email server - no need to setup and remember new usernames! In fact, there is even an Outlook plugin to facilitate archive searches within the (legacy) Outlook client.

Storage capacity is (almost) infinitely scalable - we are backed by AWS!

Email data can be ingested directly from existing user mailboxes, shared mailboxes and even uploaded from PST files - once the data is uploaded, it is subjected to the same process of compression, encryption, de-duplication, indexation and secure storage as those email messages received in real time.

Security levels are configurable to provide Role Based Access Control for message discovery, reporting and establishment of scheduled searches/reports. Each action undertaken is securely recorded for auditing purposes.

Individual users are able to recover from single messages to entire Inboxes of data from the archive - in fact, there is no need to have both a mailbox backup and an archive - this solution covers both requirements!

A Cost-Effective Solution for Your Business

Pricing is based on the number of active users in any month + additional storage where required. Active users do not include old email address, shared mailboxes or PST uploads from former mailbox users.

Pricing per active user starts from A$9.47 (ex GST - paid monthly in advance for <50 users) including 25GB of storage per active user.
