How it Works
For Microsoft, Google and most SMTP based email solutions, integration is seamless and invisible to the end user.
All inbound, outbound and internal emails are replicated in real-time from your email server directly, using an encrypted connection, to our AWS (Melbourne Region) based archive environment.
Once received, each message is compressed, encrypted, de-duplicated, indexed, stored and logged. This process takes just seconds with the secure search engine able to recall and access all messages almost instantly.
Secure access to the archive is provided using login credentials synchronised to your email server - no need to setup and remember new usernames!
