Construction, Trades and Manufacturing
Reliable IT for mid-tier offices, sites and workshops, with secure remote access, job and design software, and multi-site connectivity.
Microsolve provides managed IT services, cloud services and cyber security for businesses on the Central Coast and in Newcastle. Founded in 1992 and certified to SMB1001 Gold, we look after your helpdesk, Microsoft 365, servers, backups and security under one monthly agreement, with remote support every day and scheduled on-site visits.
You get one accountable team, a predictable monthly cost and a practical technology roadmap, whether you need a fully managed IT partner, help moving to the cloud, or a security standard you can show to clients and insurers.
Certification: CyberCert SMB1001:2026 Gold, valid to July 2027.
The people who answer your support calls also manage your Microsoft 365, servers, backups and security, and plan your roadmap.
Monitored servers, cloud-first services and centrally managed networks mean most problems are fixed without waiting for someone to drive up.
A fixed agreement with written inclusions, response commitments and an on-site allowance, instead of break-fix invoices.
Microsolve is SMB1001 Gold certified. We apply the same controls to your environment that we run in our own.
Most support requests are fixed fastest remotely. Our helpdesk and monitoring tools resolve user, Microsoft 365, device and application issues without waiting for someone to arrive, and Microsolve Assist gives your staff 24x7 access to help, with our engineers stepping in for anything that needs judgement.
Our engineering team works from our Wollongong head office. For installations, server replacements, network upgrades and other hands-on work, engineers travel to your site on scheduled visits, and regular visits can be built into your agreement. We support businesses in Gosford, West Gosford, Erina, Somersby, Tuggerah, Wyong, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle.
Many Central Coast businesses still run a server in a back room that nobody has looked at since it was installed. Whether you keep it, move it to the cloud or retire it, it needs to be monitored, patched and backed up in a way you can actually restore from. Microsolve helps you choose the right option and then manages it.
| Option | Suits | What Microsolve manages |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 only | Offices that mainly use email, Office and shared files | Microsoft 365 administration, security settings, multi-factor authentication and separate Microsoft 365 backup |
| Protected on-site server | Businesses running software that must stay on site, such as accounting, job management or CAD | 24x7 monitoring, patching, endpoint protection, image backups copied off site and tested restores |
| Hybrid | Some on-site applications, with files and email in Microsoft 365 | Both of the above, plus secure connections between the office and the cloud |
| Cloud server on AWS | Businesses ready to retire ageing on-site hardware | Migration to AWS in Australian data centres, ongoing management, backup and disaster recovery |
Already on Microsoft 365? We manage it end to end, including Office apps, Teams, SharePoint, security settings and a separate Microsoft 365 backup, because Microsoft's retention is not a full backup.
Everything you need to run, connect and protect your technology, from one provider.

Builders, manufacturers and professional firms on the Central Coast are increasingly asked by head contractors, insurers and clients to show their cyber security. Microsolve provides:
Microsolve holds SMB1001 Gold certification itself, so we have been through the same process we take clients through.
Reliable IT for mid-tier offices, sites and workshops, with secure remote access, job and design software, and multi-site connectivity.
Secure, quietly managed IT for accounting, legal, finance and strata firms, where client data and reputation depend on it.
Secure, reliable IT built around resident and patient privacy and clinical system availability for aged care facilities and healthcare organisations.
Managed IT services are normally a fixed monthly fee based on your number of users and devices and the level of service you need. The number of sites, whether you keep an on-site server, compliance targets, hours of cover and on-site requirements all change the price. Microsolve starts with a discovery review, then gives you a written proposal with defined inclusions and a predictable monthly cost.

By phone or video, about your business, your current IT and what is not working.
We review your environment, servers, risks and existing contracts, remotely and on site where needed.
Written inclusions, response commitments, on-site allowance and a fixed monthly cost.
We collect documentation and access, onboard your team and take over support on an agreed date.

No. Microsolve supports Central Coast and Newcastle businesses from our head office and engineering team at the University of Wollongong Innovation Campus.
Day-to-day support is delivered remotely through our helpdesk and monitoring tools, and our engineers travel to the Central Coast and Newcastle for scheduled on-site work, projects and installations.
On-site work is planned and scheduled with you, and regular visits can be written into your agreement.
We design each environment so a single failure does not stop work: cloud-first services, protected and monitored servers, and centrally managed network equipment that we can change remotely.
Managed IT services cover the day-to-day running and protection of your technology for a fixed monthly fee: helpdesk, monitoring, patching, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint security, backup oversight and regular planning reviews.
The exact scope, response commitments and on-site allowance are written into your agreement, so you know what is covered before you sign.
Microsolve protects servers with 24x7 monitoring, scheduled patching, endpoint protection and image-level backups copied off site, and we test that those backups can actually be restored.
If your server is near the end of its life, we will tell you whether to replace it, move it to AWS in Australia, or retire it in favour of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Microsolve provides Microsoft 365 management, cloud hosting on AWS in Australian data centres, cloud desktops, cloud phone systems and cloud backup for Central Coast and Newcastle businesses.
We help you decide what belongs in the cloud and what should stay on site, then migrate and manage it.
Yes. Microsolve manages Microsoft 365 end to end: licensing, Office apps, user setup, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and security settings such as multi-factor authentication, Defender and Conditional Access.
We also back up Microsoft 365 separately, because Microsoft's retention is not a full backup.
Microsolve provides cyber security risk assessments, a virtual CISO service, SMB1001 certification, Essential Eight assessment and uplift, staff security awareness training and managed security.
We hold SMB1001 Gold certification ourselves. If you are not sure where to start, a cyber risk review will show where your biggest gaps are.
Managed IT services are normally a fixed monthly fee based on your number of users and devices and the level of service you need, so there is no single price that suits every business.
Sites, servers and cloud platforms, compliance targets, hours of cover and on-site requirements all change the price. Our guide to what outsourced IT support costs explains the drivers.
Critical issues such as a server outage, ransomware or a network failure are worked on remotely straight away through our monitoring and helpdesk systems, and response times and escalation paths are defined in your agreement.
Where an engineer is needed on site, we agree the arrival time with you. If you have an urgent problem and no managed IT partner, call 1300 792 492.
Microsolve supports businesses across the Central Coast, including Gosford, West Gosford, Erina, Somersby, Tuggerah and Wyong, plus Lake Macquarie and Newcastle.
Remote support is the same wherever you are, and on-site visits are scheduled.
Start with a short call or video meeting with our team. We then review your current environment, risks and contracts, and give you a written proposal before anything changes.
If you are moving from another provider, we plan the transition with you, collect documentation and access, and take over support on an agreed date.
